Despite the new license, last night was 'same old shit' Rolleyes

Yeah my thoughts exactly. Hope they make use of it tonight!!!

RE: Ofcom Discussion
Well folks it's seems rather exciting times are possibly just round the corner concerning the babe channels, and what a way to start the year with the great news about Babestation. Now as we've clearly seen the Babestation executives no what they're doing, and with new babes heading there way it's only a matter of time when the producers will unleash stronger content.
Now while Babestation seems to be sitting pretty, the rest of the babe channels i.e playboy/redlight bluebird/elitetv/stormbabes/xxxpanded etc will be looking over there shoulders quite worried i would imagine seeing that Babestation are getting away with a lot more stronger content, while they all have to abide by Ofcoms rules. However i think this might force the other channel executives to force there hands to either force ofcom to change there current rules and regs, or maybe the other channels might look to find there own foreign licences to try and compete with babestation?? an interesting thought perhaps I'm only speculating.
Either way i think what ever happens in the coming months will only serve to have a positive effect on the rest of the channels and this of course is a good thing.

Reintroducing the hand thong is one thing, but whether Babestation will go further is anyone's guess at the moment. Push it too far and it'll hit their other shows where the babes already show more, which makes me think Cellcast won't be pushing things that far.

As for the other channels, I think they'll only change if they see a decrease in their revenue, whilst loyal viewers/callers will always tune in and pay to chat to their favourite babe, no matter how strong the content is. Hence the reason even the tamest channels continue to make money from people calling in.

All this talk of the 'new license', but is there any actual evidence yet that BS does indeed have a new dutch license other than 'Tiffany said', or is it all just our speculation?

I'm just asking because if last nights output was the same old same old, maybe this is all just bullshit and we are just working ourselves into a feeding frenzy for no reason bladewave

I agree.

It's not like they are going to start standing and doing full frontal, or showing uncensored content during 2-4-1s, if they end up doing more 2-4-1s to begin with.

I really doubt it's going to be any naughtier than they are allowing it to currently be.

I guess time will tell, i agree they probably won't go full frontal nude for the simple reason that it will render babestation x pointless, i mean lets face it would you would'nt spend a fiver if you were getting what you wanted for free of course not, however i do think they'll be a bit more 241 action and a bit more nudity involved.

Well as someone else has already said, it seems like a funny thing to announce if it were not true. If she'd said a throwaway comment like, "Hey guys, stay tuned cos things are set to get better in the near future" then you could, and probably should, put it down to marketing spiel, but to actively announce they have a second Dutch license without it being so, doesn't really add up.

Of course, none of this means change is guaranteed.

Incidentally, would this new license affect all the BS channels or just 906?

I haven't seen the clip of what was said, but as I understand, she said they 'have a new license' which allows them to go further than before. The dutch license was speculation from this thread to try to explain what was meant by this, but it could still have been a throw away comment said in the heat of the moment by an over enthusiastic girl trying to fill 30 seconds of mic time.

Each channel has it's own separate license, the sky channels and freeview channels all require individual licenses. So if there is a new license, it would only be applicable to one channel. Of course, if it is true, then they could have replaced all their ofcom licenses. We just don't know Smile

Not trying to get involved in the discussion, I don't really give a shit, but this is what Tiffany said:
