noticed hes not refereeing a match this upcoming weekend in the premier league again, not sure if its while the case is ongoing or cos hes getting penalised for sum of the decisions in the chelsea man utd game.

I'm sure If/while he's being investigated,he would be Ineligible officiate any matches,you would think!

i heard sumthin about he mite be reffing a championship match so we will hav 2 wait and see.

its being reported that he could have reffed a premier league match this weekend but he asked to stand down himself as he is due to meet the f.a. and the police sometime this week and he feels he needs to get this sorted out first!

they are a punters dream. losing half time winning full time u cud hav got 25-1 and it happens regular. i back both teams to score when they play cos they are shite at defending but the way they play and when fergie puts all their forwards on u always think they will get a goal!

"If the situation changes and a victim and/or evidence to support an allegation of a crime comes to police attention, then further inquiries will, if appropriate, be made." if clattenberg is cleared and there was no case to answer due to no evidence and the claims were melicous from chelsea then i hope the fa take chelsea to the cleaners points deduction, huge fine, banned from gaining entry into the champ league or europa league. it is more damging to have clubs or people throwing claims are racism etc around without concrete evidence.

mk dons v afc wimbledon in the fa cup 2nd round, this could an interesting game could turn very voilent after what the owners of wimbledon and the football league did.

I am not sure Chelsea had any choice but to make a complaint in this matter. If one of their players, rightly or wrongly reported officially to the team management, what they perceived to be a racist remark then they were duty bound to take the incident to the authorities. Imagine if they had ignored it and then the story had leaked out. Chelsea would have been condemned for being a hothouse of racist bigots, given the furore over the Terry incident.
If it comes to light that the players reporting the incident were guilty of making the story up then I would hope to see them receive a life ban....much like Clattenberg could expect if he was found guilty.
