I think in the UK, most cases of nudity in public seem to be tried as public order offences if they are tried at all. Even if you are in your own house but are naked and clearly visible from outside, I'd say you can still potentially be prosecuted, though it may depend on the circumstances, i.e. is there a school across the street, or is it a common occurrence, and have you been previously warned etc.

As for shagging in public, I think you will likely be prosecuted even if you have attempted to be discrete. If you have been caught, you obviously failed to be discrete enough. It would probably be some kind of indecency charge.

Has anyone seen GenaBeth? She's HOT! From the Virgin islands apparently so is on silly times of the nigt but worth a peek.
