I'd like to try an escort - at least once - just for the experience.

I've looked at a few of the sites mentioned here, but never "plucked up the courage" I guess.

I think I'm guilty of having too many concerns - about STDs, getting ripped off, you name it. Reading the posts here, it seems you have to know what you're doing.

Plus, I'm not sure about the legalities. If you booked an escort and she came to your hotel room, are you breaking any laws?

You aren't breaking any laws really, as you can always tell the police it's non of their damn business. How would an escort prove that you paid her for sex, unless she secretly filmed the moment, which in a sense would be invasion of privacy and a crime as well.

Also, for a country that doesn't mind having having quite a few brothels that are still running, I doubt you'd have any legal problems.

You are paying for their time, whatever happens after that between 2 consenting adults is legal

What I meant was, that if it's a he said she said situation, then you can basically tell the police it's none of their business, because they have no proof.

Either way, I think it's none of their business if people want to pay for sex, as long as the women involved are willingly doing this for a living, and not forced into it.

Yeah, tell them it's none of their business, that'd go down really well. Have you seen an escort before?

Anyway, MeTarzan, don't worry about the law, visiting an escort isn't illegal as long as you aren't kerb crawling and propositioning people on the street. If you do your research and pick a well known lady from AdultWork with plenty of good feedback from reputable users (check the feedback on the guys who have given feedback) then you should be fine.

Regarding STD's, just avoid girls who do bareback (most respectable girls don't offer it anyway) and if you're really worried, a lot of girls only give covered oral anyway and those who don't won't mind if you request it. That way, no worries about STD's. Even if you get OWO, there's only a very, very slim chance of contracting anything.

As long as you do your research first and choose wisely, you'll be fine.

Statistics show that you are more likely to catch an STD from a girl in the pub/club than a hooker. just saying
