yes i must have joined her old site. if the old site isnt being updated anymore then they shouldn't have it anymore. if they are going to keep it then they shouldn't say that it gets updated and they shouldnt be charging people to view pics that arnt being updated.this is misrepresentation,which is illegal.

I'm not 100% sure but i think Kandi's old site is run and owned by Babestation/Cellcast and not Kandi herself .
