Olympic balls up number one and the opening ceremony is still two days away! The match started an hour late apparently.

I sometimes wonder if "Twenty Twelve" was a comedy show or whether they really were in charge of delivery!

lol! when i read this i couldn't help but imagine jamesie and rab in charge of the flags on some dole out-reach programme and the conversation going something like this:

jamesie:"rab, did they say north or south korea?"
rab: "fuck it jamesie, sure they're all the same. south will do. now where'd you hide the buckfast?"

Well if they will name themselves the People Republic of Korea how did they expect us to know if they are North or South Korea.

I was surprised that the stadium managed to drum up the appropriate flag eventually.

If we complained ever time the Union flag was flown upside down...

He is NOT dead - North Korean TV have just announced that the Dear Leader has won the Gold Medal in the Olympic Sleeping Tournament!!

Warnings are being given about possible delays around Trafford Park due to the Olypmic Football Tournement.
