andre villas-boas has confirmed receiving an approach from liverpool, although he doesn't know if he's their first choice for manager or if he's just a back up option. but he's also in talks with roma about their job.

NESV have huge work to do they have sacked all the people they hired. I agree with Kenny going but am nervous of what is coming next as its in the hands of americans who only understand there own sports.

I see no reason to panic yet as they did a similar thing when they took over the Red Sox in 2002 and in two years the team won their first World Series in 86 years , so if it leads to our first title in 20 something years then everybody will not remember how many changes happened.

One of my concerns about sacking AVB was I was sure it would come back to bite us on the bum. As I could see him doing an amazing job abroad in Italy or Spain. But I'm not sure he'd be the right man for Liverpool just yet
