not on about the apprentice babes, its regular bs babes like louise porter who barely get a look in and bs keep putting the same babes on over and over again

Someone like Louise has been around for years and her fanbase is what it is. Putting her on 9-5 won't increase her fanbase but it will turn off fans of the more popular girls.

how do you know louise isnt a popular girl, she has been on babestation for around 3/4 years now and has a good sized fanbase that will bring in the calls and there will be new fans joinng all the time all the night babes are on either 9-5 or 10-5 so how can it turn off fans of the "popular" babes

all the babes bs put on each night should have equal screen time and not just the same ones

The fanbase is always changing but even with that said it is still possible to establish patterns. It does not take a genius to work out which girls are most popular and the most profitable. Clearly Louise is popular enough to have survived the cull of underforming girls earlier this year but not so popular as to be a prominently featured girl.

If you think rationally rather than emotionally you will realise that the equal screentime argument makes no sense. If girl A averages 100 callers per hour, girl B averages 80 and girl C averages 60 are you really going to try to argue thet should be given equal time? If you put girl C on and leave girl A backstage you are costing yourself 40 calls per hour.

Your claim of favouritism is ludicrous. It is not a personal thing merely business and as soon as girls like Lolly/Lori and Camilla stop being profitable they will see their hours reduced.

how can a babe get a high average of calls when she is hardly on like louise was last night, if babes like lolly are hogging the channels then of course theyre going to be getting a high average of calls and the babes that are hardly on get a lower average.

all the other channels give pretty much equal screen time to their babes and they all do the usual stints of being on screen for about an hour then have a 20min break then come back on, whereas on babestation that's not the case with certain babes, as i mentioned earlier louise went off screen at 11pm then didnt re-appear until well after 2am, well over 2 hours later, wheras a babe from the usual group (lolly, lori etc) has the usual break then is back on

You are confusing averages with total number of calls. If a girl A is on for 30 minutes and gets 50 calls while girl B is on for 2hrs and gets 200 calls both are averaging 100 calls per hour.

Its unfair to compare to the other channels since both RLC and Elite have 4 channels to play with and so can give underperforming girls more screentime without taking time away from their most profitable girls.

yes bs only have 2 main channels, but they can still give equal screentime by having 2 babes on 1 bed/set. instead they just give long solo stints to the likes of lori, lolly etc. for me all babes should get equal screentiime as not everyone likes the same babes and overall would get more money in and keep viewers watching as if the same babes are on for ages, theyll go watching other channels

Not everyone likes the same babes but surely it makes sense to try to cater to the majority.

People who watch all night long are a rare bred and as the channels make no money from non-calling viewers, they are basically irrelevant. A typical viewer is more likely to flick through the channels to find a girl they like and watch for a while, maybe call in and then go to bed. It is therefore important to have your best girls on as much as possible to entice the floating potential callers.

2 girls on 1 set is used a lot by Babestation but it can potentially turn off viewers as it does not give the girls space or allow for closeups which puts them at a disadvantage when compared to their rivals who don't have to worry about it.

I think you need to wrap your head around the idea that the people at Babestation know what they are doing as they have been in this industry for a decade - They know what makes them the most money.

Putting 2 girls on screen together all the time ie 2 girls 2 phones , doesn't really make for good viewing imo , 1 girl usually get's covered in OSG's on BS1 in any case , that's one of the things i'm not keen about how Dirty Wives , Apprentice girls , Masti do things , it's OK for short periods but i much prefer 1 girl 1set 1 phone , unless the are doing 2-4-1's .
It's bound to be a hard juggling act for Cellcast to keep all the girls happy now that BS is down to 2 main BS non specialist channels , we don't know what Cellcast has promised the girls in their contracts ,(if they have 1) if the most popular girls were suddenly given less screen time would this lead to the girls looking for employment with other channels that can promise them more screen time ? , is this what has happened already with some girls ?. It makes sense to keep you most popular girls happy by giving them a lot of screen time , not just in terms of revenue they bring in , but in terms of keeping them happy on your channel and not doing anything to make the girls want to join rival channels .

Had a look round last night before bed and noticed Lolly didn't seem to have any callers so I watched for a bit to see what happened. After a bit of fruitless pleading they logged out the phone and tried the timer trick.
Lolly yapped away on the mic while the timer counted down then switched off the mic and braced herself for the calls.
Nothing!.....for 4 mins then she was back on the mic "where is everyone?" etc.
After a few more mins she finally got a caller, who was gone again by the time I got back from putting the kettle on.
Then there was another long session on the mic but I got fed up after that and went to bed. To make things worse she had no competition from Bs1 as they seemed to be showing the xtreme trailer on an endless loop

Ok, maybe that was just one bad spell in an otherwise busy night but surely, if call revenue is all that matters, that was the time to drag Louise or someone else out and see what happened even if it was just as opt 2.
I doubt she even had any listeners, if there was nothing to listen to.

Just an observation, I don't really have an axe to grind now, tbh, as I don't call anymore and I don't subscribe to the notion they should cater for freeloading viewers who don't call in and generate revenue (not looking at anyone in particular.....Rammy )
