Cristiano Ronaldo wasexactly like this when he started, the same with Didier Drogba and Fernando "Judas" Torres who cut it out quickly to be fair.

It had nearly passed me by without realising but i just remembered that today marks the 15th anniversary of the passing of the great Bob Paisley. NO manager in the history of British Football has had the success Bob had in such a short period of time. In just 9 years in charge (1974-1983) he won 6 League Titles (76,77,79,80,82,83) 3 European Cups (77,78,81) 1 Uefa Cup (76) 1 European Super Cup (77) and 3 League Cups (81,82,83).

I didn't know it was on but I just turned over to see the last 1min of Liverpool U18s 9-0 Southend United U18s in the FA Youth Cup

There is serious talent in that youth team. Sterling is going to be a star. Suso is already good enough to be in the first team squad. Conor Coady captains the England U19's and is tipped to be the future Stevie G. Then there's Jack Robinson who made his first team debut last season aged just 16. It's the best youth side since the one that produced Owen, Carragher, David Thompson and an even younger Stevie Gerrard who had another year with the youth team after that. Next up for the boys could be the young scum who have to beat Newcastles youths first.
