cathy is speaking a lot of sense, RLC is not on its knees ok its lost some girls but it has new ones coming through to replace them, i know for a fact they have girls who are working at the moment on outer channels coming over to RLC soon,
the last point she makes is very true, some of the girls who have been let go you see post after post on here saying how can they do this she is the best etc but the truth is she was not getting the calls and so not making the money,
i think some people just want to knock RLC at the moment and i don't know why

I'm only saying it how I see it at the moment and I for one don't want RLC to go because we've lost enough channels as it is.

Rlc will survive they just need to get ofcom off there case and let them get on with it. Perhaps being one of the few British based channels is why ofcom interfere so much some of the other channels operate outside britain but pump there shows onto the network.

It's always been the same here. Many people don't seem able to understand that it's call minutes that count.

And some people don't seem to understand that call minutes is not why some girls have recently left , travel issues has been mentioned recently by one of the recent departures "Sarah Lou" , and lets not forget some recent departures are top babes in the babe channel world and have been head hunted by other channels probably promising them luxury's beyond their widest dreams and not because their call minutes were low , another thing how the hell are some girls expected to rack up call minutes when they are hardly on tv in the first place , some have just been used as cover for a lot of their shifts while other girls are on a break , another thing how is call minutes on RLC calculated when half the time the bloody phones don't work ? , Jemma Jey mentioned that the other night her phone kept cutting out and that's why nobody could get to speak to her , the call minute trump card to explain why girls have recently left is wearing a little thin for me i'm afraid .
I personally think a few departure is down to low call rates , but still don't know how they check this when the bloody phones don't work in the first place , but i know for a fact some girls have been approached by rival channels and offered in the girls eyes a better deal than RLC is offering .
The worst thing for me is not the girls leaving RLC it is the fact i am not keen on the channel some have gone to , i would be quite happy if some had gone to Elite or even BS , it would have been great to have seen TJ on naked BS Xtreme

i agree Sarah Lou did not want to travel anymore and yes a certain channel is throwing a lot of money around and have signed some big names but that does not change the fact that the majority to leave in the last few months have been down to call minutes

Exactly the main factor that determines if a babe stays at a channel is call minutes, if they aren't good enough they go, but another factor is travelling and several babes have gone because of that and the others have gone because they've had good offers from other channels.

Hopefully rlc will find some new babes from their casting day and they will go back to their best.

The thing is though about the low call volumes that some girls at RLC experience is how much is it the girls fault and how much is it RLC's fault ? although not knowing which of the girls that have left RLC because of travel issues , low call rates or got a better offer , it is clear to see that girls that leave RLC seem to be busier on the phones on their new channel than they were at RLC and they were busier on the phones when they worked for other channels before they joined RLC , girls that are still at RLC like Tori , Dannii , both Lucy's and Rochelle were by far busier when they were at Bangbabes , so may be instead of getting rid of so many girls they should look at ways to improve call stats for existing girls such as phones that work , better production and good camera work , there is no guarantee the new girls will be better on the phones long term than the ones the have let go .
Please don't tell me it's all to do with Ofcom because that is another excuse channels use to answer there own shortcomings .

One thing that the decreassing calls made shows, in my opinion, is that getting rid of the free webstream was a huge mistake, and I don't think the companies realise just how many calls they receive are through people that are watching via the stream.
