I notice they've changed the safety car to an Aston Martin now, was the Merc not good enough or did AM just cough up a load of sponsor money?

The Canadian Grand Prix in Montreal has been cancelled due to Coronavirus issues and restrictions. It has been replaced by a Grand Prix at Istanbul Park in Turkey.

Mercedes have managed to salvage Bottas power unit from the wrecked car. They will use it in the new car for next GP.

Excellent drive from Lewis Hamilton to win in Portugal. After initially losing a position to Verstappen early on he pulled off a great move to get the position back, hunted down Bottas and overtook him then controlled the race to the chequered flag.

It's going to be the Hamilton v Verstappen contest this session.

Ben Edwards. There were all those all those articles at the end of last year about him stepping away from commentary after 30 years yet here he is having just moved from Channel 4 to the BBC.
It's odd though, normally they have this unconventional guy that can be a bit amusing. They didn't pressage Edwards being on.
Given last years articles he is doing it on line from home but they're all so good you'd think they were all actually there together in the box.
Maybe it's a one off, I couldn't see anything about it on social media.
