EPG information shows that 'Chat Back' (960) closes down at 6am on Monday 6th July. The '..programmes no longer available' message appears in the listings from this time.
According to the satalite channel changes topic on digital spy. Anyone with sky that confirm this is what there epg says after monday the 6th.
Yes I'm looking at it now and I can confirm that's what it shows on the Sky listings.

It could just be a technical hitch like the one with channel 911 about a month ago. For a few days the guide was stating 'programmes start at 10pm' and no mention of Elite TV, but that eventually changed and there was no interruption to the Elite service.
