It's pretty bad if I didn't have the heart to watch much of it
I have an odd setup to watch Multiple Games, this one missed the cut before kickoff
I made the right decision Smile
The surprise result of yesterday was the 49er's demolition of the Eagle.
The score was 42 - 19 and the Eagles were at home.

No-one does this to the high flying Eagles.
^^ After all the trash talk I expected a few scuffles before the game, but Greenlaw needs to control himself, it was a handbags situation, but he was always going to get ejected, the Eagles Head of Security got a standing ovation after his ejection, he played his part in getting his team back inti the game. An Eagles td quickly followed but Deebo's 48 yard td reception settled things down. Touchdowns on 7 straight possessions is insane, & all that after a -6 yard 1st quarter in which they went 3 & out on their 1st 2 drives.
It feels like a big statement from the Niners, but no doubt the Eagles will have an answer is they meet at the end of the season, Playoff Football is totally different to the regular season.
Packers 27 - 19 Chiefs
This was not that much of an upset, with the Chief offense misfiring this season, struggling to get in the End Zone. The Packers got lucky on a couple of calls as the Chiefs last drive failed, but Green Bay deserved the win. Officials need to sharpen up when the game is on the line late. Another none-call on a Hail Mary, Kelce was pushed in the back. The other missed penalty was far worse as the defender ran through the receiver before the ball arrived.
^^ Forgot to mention the spooky stat that had Rodgers & Love equal in 2 categories after their first 11 games. Both had a 5-6 record and 2,599 Passing Yards.

Pats are the 1st team since the 1938 Chicago Cardinals to allow 10 or fewer points in 3 straight games & lose ever one of them.Sad

So just the offense to sort out them.laugh

I have a running joke with my Brother (who is a Packers fan)
Love will end up a Jet after a long career with the Packers.
Just like Rodgers
Just like Favre

Uncanny really the success of the Packers QBs over the last 30 years
The Browns have had 37 different starting QBs since 1999 Sad
^^ It goes to show that finding your franchise QB isn't that easy, even a No.1 draft pick is no guarantee. That's a staggering figure, like each one gets about a season & a half on average. Very few come straight out of the college game & look NFL really it can take 2 or 3 years, coaches & owners don't always have the patience. The alternative is you end up trading someone who didn't quite make it at another team, it's tough.
There's been a lot of talk regarding the quality of the QB'S in the NFL (Brady for one) with just not enough to service 32 teams. It's been a bad year with starters going down, despite all the rules to better protect the star players.
Which incidentally went too far the other night when Mahomes got tackled in the field of play, close to the sideline, yet a penalty was called. If he's going to scramble then he has to slide, or step out, otherwise he just like a runningback who has to be stopped, within the rules. He's already the least sacked QB, give the defense some chance.
The problem that I see is many of the young QB's have terrible O-lines & end up getting battered. That should be a teams priority, better to have a great O-line & a average QB & receiving core.
The Browns are still in the mix, but it looks like a massive scrabble for post season places. Flacco looked ok until the int. The Rams are looking a threat, & could cause an upset or 2 if they make the Playoffs.
