Maybe you think all refugees are illegal and not deserving of basic humanity.

O course I know that refugees are deserving of basic humanity.
Oh what a surprise, The Tories are going to announce tax cuts for the rich & businesses next week in the Autumn Statement & are funding them through a benefits clampdown & reducing how much benefits go up by every year annoyedannoyed ....NOT!

surely it's got nothing to do with a General Election next year Wink

Well, the Tories benefits clampdown is all bark & no bite as its not going to happen apparently until 2025 (after the general election) & is initially not going to target the long term sick and those not looking for work as the tories have said it would for the past week or so, just new benefit claimants only
maybe it has to do with the fact someone calculated the number of UC claimants in each tory seat Tongue Tongue

still no word on the Cost of living payments for next year

and a lot of the sanction stuff will be done by the Dept this Laura trot acts and sounds like another esther mcvey and IBS so its not over yet
The tories doing everything they can to grab an unlikely election win
What wasn't announced was the fact energy bills wiil rise in January. I feel the Autumn statement did little to help individuals on low pay more tax cuts who are wealthy and more for businesses (which is important) very little will change until April.
If Sunak doesn't win there could be 3 likely options for the Torys to consider.

1. Bring back Boris. the laziest PM that we've ever had.
2. Suella Braverman. The nastiest minister that we've ever had.
3. Nigel Farage. A guy so full of himself that he thinks that he could become leader of the Torys by 2026.

Sometimes it's be careful what you wish for.

There has never been a tax cut only a transfer of tax from the wealthy to the further burden on the those who are not valued, less abled and kept in poverty. Those who do not notice thier slaughter of 200,000 lives, impairment and maiming of millions, are only considerate of thier self-seeking depravity and are without the intelect to notice anything outside thier self-seeking. They only ever throw more millions down the drain without ever realising a problem and finding a solution. Top or leading executives they are most obviously not and depend on thier alike to glorify, praise and extol the naked emperors fantastic new clothes
