Think Liz & the tories are toast. Think there will be a general election in the next few months. No way they can survive
back to the newsreaders acidently calling him Jeremy Cunt lol
Kamikaze has been sacked by the PM for doing what the PM told him to do.
I very much doubt Hunt is her choice. The 1922 committee is calling the shots now.

They can't get rid of both her and Kwarteng in the middle of a crisis. Once Hunt stabilises the ship, she's toast.
That press conference was an absolute car crash, spoke for less than 10 minutes & only took 4 questions to which she ducked answering and repeated the same nonsense over & over again
Anyone know if Jeremy Hunt is still Chancellor?

At least it is not Cruella Tongue Tongue

The Cunt probably will last 5 minutes if he implements Trusss' policies
The World must be watching on in astonishment.
King Charles will appoint his first prime Miniister at some point.
So Kamikwasi Kwarteng is booted out by the Blundertruss.

I'm sure the Tories will manufacture some sort of fix.
A fix for themselves of course.
Not for the country obviously, that would clearly be asking too much.

If Truss falls then it will most likely be a coronation candidate selected by the Tory MPs to prevent the need for another leadership election.
That candidate will probably be either Penny Mordaunt, Rishi Sunak or Jeremy Hunt.

I said before that the Tory MPs shot themselves in the foot by not putting Penny Mordaunt into the 2 way run off.
The Sunak v Truss run off was exactly what the party membership least wanted but the MPs thought they knew better.
The MPs were hilariously wrong Big Laugh.
The party membership seemingly wanted Mordaunt v Badenoch and got neitherlaugh.

Whoever replaces Truss (and somebody will sooner rather than later) is faced with damaged goods of a party on an epic scale.
The party appears pretty much unleadable which is really rather amusing laugh.

Soon enough it will be Bye Bye Blundertruss.

She can't have sacked him before he's even satdown in No.11?
I thought of all the words of critique of Truss and her car-crash government today, Nicola Sturgeon's have been the most incisive. Speaking to BBC News, Sturgeon said:
"I think the only decent thing that Tory backbenchers can do now is call time on Liz Truss and this entire UK government, and allow people across the UK to have a general election. This was beyond a joke, it was never funny, but Liz Truss has already, through her own decisions, crashed the economy and heaped misery on people who were already struggling with the cost of living crisis. She has shown herself to be completely out of her depth as PM. The sooner she goes and the sooner people get the chance to get rid of this Tory government that is doing so much damage, once and for all, the better".

And, Sturgeon said this of Truss 5 weeks ago with remarkable premonition (actually not remarkable premonition, just discernment of the bleeding obvious) just before Truss won the Tory leadership contest: "Truss will be a 'disaster' if she governs as she campaigns, Sturgeon says"
