Ronnie got beat by Alexander Ursenbacher, but even better, Tubs Murphy lost to Gary Wilson Big Grin
Higgins, Williams and Bingham all fell by the wayside too.

He finished his 4-1 win with another century.
Been to see Allen v Selby live in Milton Keynes this afternoon Smile.

Cracking match. Very high scoring including 5 centuries. Three for Allen and two for Selby.
Allen rattled in a magnificent 143 in the third frame and hit another ton to win the match and reach the last four.
Allen must be runaway favourite, given the quality of those left.
Mark Allen saw off Noppon Saengkham with minimal fuss to win 6-1.

In the final he will play Welshman Ryan Day who battled to a 6-5 victory over Robbie Williams.
Ryan Day is the British Open champion after an excellent 10-7 victory over Mark Allen in the final. After a dour struggle against Robbie Williams the night before it was a revitalised Day for the final and he produced a fine performance to triumph.
Just as I expected. Except Day won Wink

A 4th title for him, well done.
