Defending champion Iga Swiatek is out after a 3-6 6-3 6-1 defeat to Jelena Ostapenko.
British singles interest is over in the men's and women's events. Jack Draper beaten in 4 sets by Andrey Rublev.
Joe Salisbury and American partner Rajeev Ram will have the opportunity to successfully defend their mens doubles title after beating Ivan Dodig and Austin Krajicek 7-5 3-6 6-3 in the semi finals.

The ladies singles semi finals take place tonight. Coco Gauff faces Karolina Muchova while Aryna Sabalenka is up against Madison Keys. The home crowd will hope for an All American Gauff v Keys final but they both come up against very tough players to beat in the semi finals.
Should be an interesting night.
The final will be Gauff v Sabalenka. Keys seems to have started well, but been worn down (or unluckily pipped in tie-breakers). Gauff had climate protesters to contend with.
Djokovic vs Shelton followed by Alcaraz vs Medvedev tonight.
Ram and Salisbury have successfully defended their mens doubles title beating Matthew Ebden and Rohan Bopanna
2-6 6-3 6-4 in the final.
Djokovic saw off Shelton 6-3 6-2 7-6 (7-4).

Medvedev knocked out reigning champion Alcaraz 7-6 (7-3) 6-1 3-6 6-3.
Very impressive win for Medvedev. He was able to dictate play for long periods and focusing his shots to Alcaraz's forehand produced numerous errors.

I'm pleased that Medvedev won because I thought the Sky Sports team of Gigi Salmon, Tim Henman and Marion Bartoli were too heavily critical of his record against Alcaraz. Perhaps they forgot about Medvedev winning this title in 2021, beating Djokovic.

They shouldn't be forgetting - but whatever - I was pleased he proved them wrong.
He's been in 5 Grand Slam Finals already , all on Hard Court so Hard is definitely his best surface , he is definitely a player for the future.
