Less than a year after England made it to The Semi Finals of The World Cup they are knocked out of another semi final by a team that didnt even qualify for Russia

The Netherlands may not have made it to Russia, but they beat both Germany and World Champions France in the Nations League.
They have come a long way no doubt but given that they have a young team like England and have had the same timeframe since the World Cup England should be further down the road. A team that made it to the semi's of the World Cup (or indeed the winners) should not be beaten by a team who didn't qualify, in competitive action less than a year later
Think England got unlucky with the offside decision that would have won them the game 2-1. It looked very tight decision
