If they are going to have trouble getting these adverts to the widest audience in the way they would like, there is another issue.

having read it not to bad, just a slap on the wrist and don't put that on tv again, my guess bs expected that outcome as the shows have been web only for a bit and not mentioned on TV at all,
I said a while back that the OFCOM complaint was about that show, which I watched on cam. Any Alice mr.p show fans will probably know which one I'm talking about.
That was the last mr.p stuff that I saw on TV, so they must have made the decision to go web-only directly after getting that complaint. I also remember that Alice wasn't on BS at all for a couple of months after that or thereabouts.

It's too early to be making statements like that, because nothing has been decided yet. It's quite possible that nothing will change.

exactly this ofcom have said they dont want to see things changing, as they regulate shows in other European counters, far to early to see what will happen, depends what deal the government do with europe on this,
plus even if they lost there nicam licence they would just be starting freeview 2 hours later it would have no impact on content level at all as all shows are on ofcom level at the moment,

I think they were put on hold after the one that went too far.
There are plenty of people asking for them though, so with them being in demand it would be surprising if they didn't continue.
