i am glad she went to prison for her crime but also think people should have a 2nd chance, she was young when she has gone in side and hopefully 2+ years in side will have changed her life, as thats how the uk system is supposed to work rehabilitation not punishment,
i am sure XP would have know as people who have been in side are meant to tell a new employer,
agree winsaw. People should have a 2nd chance to learn from their mistakes. Hopefully this is the case with Melissa. Xpanded will know about her time in prison as you have to declare any convictions (spent & unspent) whenever you apply for a job with a prospective employer as ive said earlier

A lot of the babe channel women have shady pasts. We all make mistakes in life, but knowingly and willingly scamming people is bad and hard to just forget. Accidentally doing something is different.

You don't have to declare any spent criminal convictions, unless you're applying to work with children or the elderly. See rehabilitation of offenders act 1973
