As for Melissa’s alleged criminal past, I’m sure xpanded did do their due diligence on her including speaking to her about any convictions she has. Whenever I applied for jobs you have to declare any criminal convictions (spent & unspent) I have (I have none by the way). Xpanded clearly decided to still sign Melissa.
It is disgusting what she’s allegedly done but she has served her time (if she has been in prison) & deserves a second chance. If she does any further then xpanded should sack her. But for now no, she should stay on xpanded.
