I swim about the same & I do like to cycle in good weather.
Enjoy.

I'd love to start swimming, but I'm actually embarrassed about my belly. It's not like huge, but it's so ill proportioned to the rest of my body :-S
I got my bodyfat down from 25% to 17.9% measured the other day so if I'm right, when I hit single digit body fat I'll be near to a 6 pack, or as near as damn it and so if the great british summer grants us one more day of sunshine, I'll actually be able to take my top off in public for once, ha ha.
I don't wnna drop too mch weight too quickly as my pants will fall down and it's a way off until pay day when I can afford new kecks, lol.
Cheers all for your feedback.
Have a great day Smile
While not so much into running/jogging i am a big fan of cycling and have been training recently for a 135 mile Coast to Coast bike ride i am doing in early July. (Starting at Whitehaven and ending at Hartlepool)
Wow, good luck Poolieguy!

I tend to wear shorts/hotpants when down the gym, cycling shorts when cyling- & usually wear a t-shirt & or bikini top or sports bra depending what I'm doing or the weather. I substite shorts with jogging pants if the weather is not so good or i can't find stuff lol
oh & either a swiming costume or bikini when swimming obviously ;-)
