DS9 Empok Nor series 5 episode 24

Loved this episode, felt like a psychological thriller or a horror film with a game of cat and mouse between Miles and an increasingly paranoid and psychotic Garak. Excellent character moments with Miles choosing to embrace his traits as an engineer, rather than a soldier, to stop Garak and Garak feeling lots of guilt and remorse about the Starfleet officer he killed. Quality episode.

Yeah always liked this one. Andrew Robinson (Garak) practically revisited his psychotic serial killer character from Dirty Harry.

These Are The Voyages

You are a very brave person to nominate this episode Wink

I actually liked Enterprise, really started getting into it's stride in the 3rd and 4th seasons. I loved the Mirror universe two parter, the best mirror universe episodes since TOS's Mirror Mirror. But practically everyone, even the cast and production now regrets that final episode.
Enterprise - Carbon Creek Season 2 Episode 2, currently rerunning on Pick

After the high drama two parter, a totally low key but lovable story. T'Pol tells a story of her great grandmother's Vulcan survey team's unknown (to Earth anyway) visit to 1950's Earth, many years before Zefram Cochrane's First Contact. Stranded for months and remarkably settilng in with the mining town inhabitants, one of the Vulcans becomes so 'fascinated' with the humans he literally refuses to go back to Vulcan when rescued lol.
DS9 "Ties of Blood and Water" Season 5 Episode 19

A follow up to Season 3's "Second Skin", what could've been a rather mundane episode was elevated by some of my favourites scenes in the entire series. The verbal jousting between Sisko and Dukat over Dukat's title, another electric Kira/Dukat scene with Dukat admitting gettting perverse pleasure from it, the hilarious poisoned wine scene with Sisko, Dukat and Weyoun, and the emotional ending with Kira breaking down to Bashir with guilt over missing her father's death. Nana Visitor as Kira was outstanding in this one.
DS9 "Children of TIme" Season 5 Episode 22

DS9 by this point had reached (excellent) space opera but this episode had a throwback classic science fiction premise. What if, by a timey-wimey planetary barrier, you met your future descendants on the planet you're due to crash in their past and forever be stranded on? Do you let that crash happen to produce those descendants or escape and wipe out those same future generations. Morals and ethics that become harder the more time they spend with them. Not to mention a future Odo forever changing the current Odo/Kira relationship. Brilliant stuff.
Star Trek Voyager: Scorpion pt2 (s4 Ep1) debut of one of the iconic ST characters in my opinion Seven Of Nine (who I’ve met in real lifeSmile)

Star Trek TNG: Best Of Both Worlds pt 1&2

Star Trek: Discovery: Context Is For Kings (s1 Ep3)
Two actually great Star Trek Enterprise episodes in a row (currently running on Pick)

"Congenitor" Season 2 Episode 22

Tucker interfers in the society of an alien race during first contact when he befriends a member of their third sex. The very sad end result provokes a memorable reprimand for Tucker from a furious Archer. Another step closer for the need of the Prime Directive. Also memorable for one of the last appearances of a great (Star Trek, Babylon 5 and film) character actor Andreas Katsulas

"Regeneration" Season 2 Episode 23

Very enjoyable Borg episode. Drone survivors from Star Trek: First Contact buried in the Artic for a century get reawoken and cause predictable assimilation chaos. The action and suspense is very good. I didn't even care about any possible continuity issues unlike some people but thought it was handled well enough for the record.
