Doctor Bashir is enjoying time as a 1960’s Super Spy namely being James Bond in the holosuite with Garak, when a transporter accident beams the rest crew into holosuite program with some of them taking good and bad characters. It’s a race against time with Bashir and Garak to see out the program and save the crew but without getting them killed. Another one of my fav eps and seeing everyone in a different kind of role highly recommend this Ep.

DS9 - In the Pale Moonlight. Visionary - where Chief O'Brien is shifting into the future and sees the wormhole collapse. Improbable Cause/The Die is Cast 2 parter where a Cardassian and Romulan fleet try to destroy the Founders. In Purgatory's Shadow/By Inferno's Light - the 2 parter where the Dominion fleet comes through the wormhole, one of my all time favourites
Enterprise - Regeneration
TNG - Measure of a man. Best of both worlds 2 parter. Time's arrow 2 parter
Star Trek Voyager Ep 6 “Timeless” Season 5

15 years after Voyager crashes, Chakotay and Ensign Kim return to the icy crash many years later in hoping to the change the crew’s fate but Captain Geordi LaForge is sent by starfleet to stop them.
Star Trek Next Generation Ep 16 “Q Who” Season 2

Q wants to join the crew but Picard declines his offer as he thinks his playing games so Q sends the Enterprise into deep space where they met the borg for the first time. Not only does this set up one of the greatest Star Trek villains of all time but they weren’t afraid of killing off some of the crew which at the time was quite shocking great Ep.
Star Trek Voyager.

"Scorpion" part 1 and 2.
"Year of Hell" part 1 and 2
"Endgame" finale episode
Damn you went straight in there no messing with the big ones

can't argue though
Orignal Star Trek widely voted as the best 'City On the Edge of Forever' which I think was the one with Joan Collins and Kirk, having fallen for her has to let her go? There was something similar with cartoon-Dungeons and Dragons(City at the Edge of Midnight) I think it was called where they had to chance to get home.
Star Trek The Next Generation Ep 20 “Qpid” Season 4

Q offers to help Picard get back with Vash a old flame and Picard rejects the offer so Q transports Picard, Vash and the rest of crew to Sherwood Forest where Picard becomes Robin Hood abs crew his Merry men not only very funny but seeing Wolf lose his temper is hilarious lol.

Had to do it Smile there was a lot of piss poor episodes on Voyager but the majority of their two parters were quality.

Some others I left out were:

Unimatrix Zero
Equinox
Future's End
Dark Frontier

All very good trek episodes in my view.

Worf "I am NOT a Merry Man!" Big Grin
Star Trek: The Next Generation Ep 14 “Conundrum” Season 5

Another personal fav Ep, the entire crew of the Enterprise suffer complete memory loss after a scan from a Alien ship. They all wake up not remembering a thing but now with a added new crew member executive officer Kieran MacDuff. I remember seeing them wake up and seeing him getting up and my first thought was who the fuck is he lol.
Then you find what his agenda is with wanting to use the Enterprise to help his fellow aliens in winning his war fantastic Ep and highly recommended.
