Good TOTP last night from June 1984

Funny bit was a clearly stoned billy idol was talking to Steve Wright Tongue Tongue

Frankie at number one with Two Tribes and Relax was at No3 after going back up the charts

Not sure if anyone else remembers Taurus,a Brazilian thrash metal band.My older brother got me into them in the late 80s.They were one of the first thrash bands I listened to outside of the Big 4(Metallica,Megadeth,Anthrax and Slayer).
Massacre was my favourite track on the album.

Another one i had totally forgot about for 33 years on TOTP on BBC this week

The Kane Gang Closest thing to heaven

Did you actually watch it Doddle. As it was "Come Back" that was performed. All 3 are great songs though.
This last show was good well apart from the beginning Agadoo !! Tongue Tongue Tongue

the world exclusive of George Michaels Careless whisper Tongue Tongue

Seemed to be a lot of scouse bands in the charts in 84. With Pete Wylie, Echo and the Bunnymen, FLock of Seagulls and Frankie goes to Hollywood
