Hold The Dark

This has been showing since late September and is well worth a look.A part grindhouse,part psychological thriller.Jeffrey Wright is superb as wildlife writer hired by a grieving mother to hunt the wolf that killed her son.Set in Alaska the film soon goes into focus on the more frightening aspects of the human condition.

Now showing is this superb cult set story from Gareth Evans.Its 1905 and Tomas Richardson(Dan Stevens)as a returning son who builds bridges with his family by setting out to find his sister who has been kidnapped by a mysterious group of people based on a remote island.Well acted and very brutal on places.
The Haunting of Hill House - great show, creepy and quite scary in places.

A six part Western anthology from the Coen Brothers with a grisly but exuberant tone throughout.Told from an unseen reader looks through a battered old book.

Series called the Toys That Made Us not only a insight to famous toys but bloody hilarious too lol.

Started showing on boxing day last year,its based on a 2014 novel from Caroline Kepnes and follows a book shop worker called Joe Goldberg who falls in love and then becomes obsessed with a customer.Incredibly violent and darkly funny,well worth a look.I'm on episode five from ten.
i just binged watched 'the o.a'.

i've never seen anything like it. 9/10
