Pre Eurovison problem when Ukraine has banned Julia Samoylova after she entered Russian-occupied Crimea via Russia, which is against the law in Ukraine.
The European Broadcasting Union (EBU) has threatened to ban hosts Ukraine from Eurovision 2018 if they don't allow the Russian entry to compete.
Ukraine still won't let Russian entrant Julia Samoylova particpate in this years competition after she performed in Crimea after its annexation by Russia in 2014.

Russia says that it won't bradcast the show.
Is it just my taste?
On tuesday nights semi-final there was only 4 songs i thought deserved to get through to the final.
Yet in tonights semi-final I can count on the fingers of one hand the songs that i don't want to qualify. Very strange Huh
Good luck to Ukraine holding onto the crown as they're the only country putting n a rock band

Part of my twisted sense of humour hopes the UK will be booed off stage because of Brexit.
Of the 42 countries participating in Eurovision this year there are 16 which are not members of the EU, including the host nation Ukraine. Russia and Bosnia had originally entered too, which would have taken the total to 18, so I don't think not being in the EU is much of an issue.

I want to give Wackawoo some credit because after many battles I've found something in a post of his that I agree with. Happy Friday Big Grin
I wonder how many of us will lump onto UK winning Eurovision if the odds of 50/1 are still available?
hope this can help anyone who mi9ght have a bet: -
