UPDATE

Spoke to DWP this morning claim had been returned and they will send back to Assessment team this morning then it's a 2/3 wait for re - scheduled Assessment appt. They are doing the only the once for me, most likely I'll probably end up going to Borehamwood AGAIN and they'll bloody cancel it again when I get there!! Assessment said they may try to get it closer to home for me, but knowing my luck, they'll probably will schedule me up in bloody Scotland!! If they do that, they can pay for the train fare there and back!!
Still no letter for rearranged assessment - should I now call t find our what's going on, or give it another week?

At the best of times dealing with Govt departments can be a pain the arse if you ask me
What's the current position on PIP assessment?

are they still doing them over the phone as I got call this morning to say i had a call assessment tomorrow at 9:15
Assessment done - 41mins on the phone!! expect decision 8 weeks time!!
Letter arrived today
no PIP award and DLA ends on 10 November
Nice letter
Worth appealing guys?
I would mind you could be a very long wait but it would all be back dated anyway
All they will go back to is when my DLA ends
Do you still have your ESA ?

Yes 100% it will take a while to go through the appeal process as hannahspet says. When I was going through this, i appealed in October as soon as I got the letter you got today & it took till the following summer to be awarded pip & it was backdated to the date dla stopped

hope you’re ok & can get through this
They want further evidence and all i can supply is my medical history.

would that be enough to change their minds?
