One observation of Tia and some other XP babes is she appears to be chatting to a producer for large parts of her show. This is where the old-fashioned phone shake should be employed as the use of the earpiece/mic makes it hard to tell if a babe is on a call or not. Again, the producer is at fault as they should be encouraging calls.

If that was the case, then it would happen during all the girls' shows. I think more likely, Tia is bored and deciding to talk to the producer rather than engage with viewers. It is probably the same reason that she is looking at her phone half the time during her show, even though Xpanded have a much stricter policy for girls to not be on their mobile phones during their shows.

I think the relationship between producer & girls needs reviewing as it appears far too comfortable for my liking. The girls should be made to be at ease but not at expense of the overall objective of soliciting calls! Tia is far to distracted.
Sour face Tia is back today to darken our Sunday again.
She must have been in an extra good mood this morning, because I actually managed to grab 5 whole screen CAPs of her almost breaking into a smile!
Tia is always happy & animated whilst chatting to whoever it is behind the camera, which was today for large parts of her show. Tia did actually breakout a few phone waggles, just to let any potential callers know that she isn't actually chatting to a paying customer. I can accept that some conversation will be required between performer & producer, but I just find the endless offscreen chat unprofessional. Could it actually be a tactic to encourage potential callers to listen in, despite the line being free.

Boomer, I have already told you what this is probably down to. When the girls are a bit bored and fed up, they sometimes engage in chats with the producers. Girls who are more focused on doing the job of getting viewers interested and engaged, spend less time chatting to the producers. You do the maths now.
^^ I'm agreeing with you, but my observation is that a producer has a higher rank than a presenter, so it is their responsibility to end the conversation & get Tia or any babe to focus more on their job. The clue here is the title producer, the aim of the show is to encourage calls so a producer should be driving that. Yes, a presenter has their own responsibility, but if your boss is happy to distract you then you go along with it. If presenter & producer are of equal rank, then whoever is in charge, must deliver a bollocking. Personally, I have no interest in listening in, so when I see a babe not talking and waggling a phone, I will be more likely to call.
The wider argument here is that the number of shifts you get should be down to the calls & money you bring in per shift. I suspect that a 5.30-13.30 shift will be quieter than a 13.30-21.00 shift.
Tia doesn't appear to be receiving many calls. Management have to make a decision on whether an established babe will make them more money than a new babe, there is a question of loyalty to factor in. This happens on all channels. Bring in a new babe & they will have to accept that it may take weeks or longer to build up a fanbase. Many babes rely on a core of regular callers. Very few new babes hit the ground running & maintain a high level of callers, some start well, but tail off.
The question is why are the management not being proactive in this case.
