I am not comparing her to Clara. But even the new girls give a lot more energy and avoid looking so completely disinterested and fed up most of the time like Tia does.

I think it sums up her attitude to "work" actually.
Tia is on right now with new girl Skye. It really does her no favours being on with another girl, because the contrast is there to see between a girl making an effort and Tia making very little effort. Even her outfits are the same again and again. It is a shame, as she used to be better.
