max vid duration is now 90 minutes.
I have split a video into 2 parts and tried uploading them both to that annoying site sendvid.

The 1st part uploaded fine, but the 2nd part keeps stopping on a page that says "This video is being processed for playback". And I have deleted it and restarted it 4 times without success, it simply stops at the same point every time.

Can anyone tell me why this is happening, as both files are exactly the same format (mp4) bladewave

I haven't used it in a while, but did find it to be random like this.
All I can advise is when you first get the "processing for playback" seeming to be just sticking without showing any progress, try just refreshing it, sometimes that seems to magically work.
can you search sendvid? Must be lots of babeshows on there
I am having problems watching any videos that I upload to Sendvid, even previous ones that have already been viewed over a hundred times.

Does anyone else still use that site, and if so are they having the same issueHuh
Seems ok, I've just played a couple of vids on the forum to see.

Do you have any browser extensions or antivirus blocking the videos from loading?

Not that I know of, but I will check Rolleyes
Does not seem to matter who's video I click on that is hosted on Sendvid, they simply do not play.

Using Chrome If I try to play a video & advance it forwards to another point, this is what happens...

And if I try to play any videos hosted on Sendvid using Internet Explorer this is what happens...

And I cannot see why, as it only happens to videos posted on that website. And they have already been viewed 100's or even over 1,000 times by other people Huh
I have finally found out what the problem is, but do not know how to fix it Huh

As you can see in the picture below the website is blocking flash player and the flash plugin, even though they are both set to allow. And I have changed the settings in Chrome to allow flash player, but it still keeps being blocked on Sendvid even though the problem does not occur anywhere else.

I am also unable to play any of the videos posted on here that are uploaded to Sendvid on I.E, Edge or Firefox, so if other people can play them alright that means there must be a problem with my PC. But I cannot think what it will be, as the flash player on my machine is also up to date.

I'd welcome advice conserving precious videos.

In various places in the forum I have five videos I'd not want to lose.

Four of them were hosted by Openload which closed so I assume I've lost them. If I click on them a page entitled Watch Ot Legally appears which advises of 140 platforms where I could watch, that sounds like a wild goose chase but I'd be grateful for guidance.

The 5th video is with Sendvid which bravely clings on. I've taken a few screen shots but what can I do to ensure I don't lose the video?
It might be that Sendvid is more secure than were Openload but you never know. Presumably just recording the file on a memory stick or burn a CD won't help, it's the same host that is involved irrespective of where it's stored.

Currently I notice that those few video cappers in our forum who still cap use Mega. Is that a reliable host? How might I ensure those videos remain.

I'm sure readers will appreciate the pretext prompting this post. In a fortnight or so one of our cappers is going to record the final appearance by Fernanda Ferrari Heart The last five minutes, at least, is going to be something to keep.
