Unfortunately the answer is no, simply because my files are normally either .avi or .ts

The other problem I keep getting is that half the files I upload aren't even registering. Earlier today I uploaded 14 files all .avi, yet once they had finished uploading only 5 files appeared on the uploaded list. So now I've got to upload all the other files again, and it's really beginning to annoy me as I'm wasting so much time

When I first started using it, I had no problems but just lately less than half of my videos get through the processing screen successfully. Just like iluvcathy, my files are all either .ts or .avi . Some of them succeed after multiple tries but some don't succeed at all. It's wasting a lot of time and very frustrating.
Also, for some reason, it cuts them down to 15 minutes once they've been uploaded. I've noticed that some Sendvid videos on here are considerably longer than that, why are mine cut down?

^ The max timings are just the upload conditions imposed by sendvid. 15 minutes is the non-account limit. Create an account and log in, and your uploads will have a 30 minute playback time limit. Don't know of a way around these.

I see this dodgy website is not working properly again. Today I uploaded 18 videos, which took ages as each part had to be re-uploaded at least 6 times before the website accepted it.

But now having gone out and back onto sendvid to start posting them on here, I find that half of them will not play and the thumbnail image is missing.

And that includes videos that I've previously uploaded and posted on here

The Sendvid website really sucks, but unfortunately I have other choice without paying which I refuse to do

As I've just been onto the sendvid site and got the following message, I will certainly give it a go.

I got the same message when I tried to upload at the weekend. It's going to be fun finding an alternative hoster and then reuploading all of my videos to the forum
On the bright side an alternative provider might not have the same problems we have encountered recently with Sendvid with files taking multiple attempts before they successfully upload.

I've taken a leaf from Danzig's book (thanks mate) and used Google drive. I've just tried it with a video of Athena which I've posted to the Hot and Wet thread and it seems to work fine.

Google drive has a space limit (unless you're willing to pay) and there's an account limit.

Thanks. I didn't realise that. Hopefully I'll be able to upload quite a few before I hit the limit.

The closing down 30th June message has been removed from the website so maybe they will be continuing....or maybe not.
