Yes the Premier League is streets ahead of the rest. Remarkably it is watched by more people than all other European leagues put together.

Most other leagues are a bit of a yawn. Barcelona and Real Madrid racked up 228 goals between them last year and Barcelona's goal difference was +89. In Germany Bayern Munich had to be content with a mere +62 goal difference, although they only play 34 matches there.

The quality gap is growing too, with the Premier League getting ever stronger, and because of the TV money the Premier League pulls in there isn't much that other leagues can do about it (especially with the financial fair play rules restricting investment in clubs).

Look at our recent record in euoropa and champions league. Please don't just zero in on one line. It does mislead the context of the post somewhat.
The best teams in Germany and Spain are better than ours at the moment. Even the French teams are probably better judging by how Psg and Monaco knocked out Chelsea and Arsenal last season. As said more than once previously it's all cyclical.

Most clubs in the Premier League would fancy their chances against Monaco. I'd back the likes of Swansea or West Brom to beat them over 2 legs and Arsenal should have got past them comfortably last season. I doubt that Monaco could finish in the top half of the Premier League.
To be fair and some may not agree with me but in Germany they have a very poor league that's why Bayern Munich win the bundesliga all the time by about 20 points because their league is very poor

How many years in a row have spurs being in the europa league and they still haven't even come close to winning it yet, mid table spanish and italian teams would probably beat mid table prem teams over two legs, the likes of Spurs, Everton, West ham, Swansea will probably never win the europa league it will have to be one of the bigger clubs such as Liverpool, Chelsea or Man Utd, thats like Barca, Juventus, Madrid or Bayern winning the europa league

Almost any league will look poor if you compare it to the Premier League.
