In a conversation I encouraged her to be on days.

I didn't catch all of Charmaine's show yesterday but I did listen to a shout out towards the end of her TV too bit when she was in this black dress. Very nice to listen to.
I'm particularly impressed with the way she smoothly transitions her show from TV to Web Only. My favourite bit's the TV part as shown in LimitBreak's caps.
Fernanda and Sophia are my other two favourites and both have or have had issues with their appearances one way or another but Charmaine's the one that currently has the best formula.
