Who thinks that is a good idea to Remove the post count from members view as a way of trying to cut down on the amount of "spam" and 1 line repetitive posting some people use just to get a higher post count than other members?

I think that it would be a good idea and might encourage people to make more interesting posts and stop posting for the sake of a higher post count.

I have long thought this, but did not want to raise the issue as I am sure a lot of the said 'spammers' will launch into a diatribe in defence of the post counts and i lack the patience to debate with them.

But i salute you and your idea, i back it and i wish you well in what i hope becomes a successful campaign!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
it wont be a successful campaign as this is clearly an attempt to bully and intimidate me into leaving the forum which aint going to happen and I will keep on posting on the forum whatever I want
To be honest with you I'm split with this one.

Firstly I do agree that some members have been partial to getting their post count up by posting any old shite but in saying that the amount of stupid Threads that exists on this forum doesn't help such as.

What did you last eat.
What did you last buy.
A to fucking Z Threads.
One word story.

Many other such spam Threads currently operate on this forum as I've probably missed many more.

With these such Threads it's very easy to get one post count up. To me and please know that this is not a criticism of the way this forum in moderated but in my personal opinion is that these threads only encourage spammers.

Other such examples which has already been pointed out is the same old repetitive posts being posted night after night especially in the Studio66 Threads by a certain member who will remain nameless Rolleyes

This is one of the main reasons why I more or less point blank refuse to post any caps or vids in the chat, caps and vids Threads. I have only contributed caps and vids as some of you might have noticed when it comes to the Xtremefilth Threads on the 2 for 1 caps and vids Thread as I do not wish to contribute any on the other Threads in that Thread as I do not wish them to be on the same page as comments such as these.

"Wow eek I think I need to take a cold shower"
"What a lovely red dress she has on tonight"
"I thought she was great on and off the camera"
"Another great night, I can't wait until she's on again"
"Congratulations on getting engaged"

Just a few examples for you there Rolleyes

From a personal point I only post when I really have something to say or contribute. I'm split because I know I've had to work to get to 6000+ posts as have many other members.
Well I'm not a 'spammer' and I think it's a hollow idea, presumably based on pissing off people with whom you frequently disagree. Maybe grow up a little instead?
Can't say i've ever seen anything too repetitive enough to piss me off.
