Can you explain why a cover shift should apparently be viewed by a different standard to a regular one? Curious to see if that is want you're saying, as I don't see the need to reference it in your comments if not.

I should have thought that someone who has to come in at short notice will have less preparation than someone who has longer. Whilst I don't doubt Kandi's professionalism (or anyone in the same position), to pretend there is equity between the two states is insultingly ignorant.

Or Rammy might have another reason
