Is there any truth in the rumour Caty is joining the BBC to become the new host of changing rooms ?

Assuming this is the end I am left to reflect on some elite performances mostly on a channel of a namesake of such a performance description.
Elite TV in its heyday was the supreme innovator, the visually sexual stimulator par excellence and the leader of the pack in the ideas stakes.
Caty Cole was the energy, the body and soul of such an immense product and unquestionably remained both the face and the voice of the channel even up to the point of her departure when the channel had long since changed name to Studio 66.
The change in channel name coincided with a gradual decline in quality of visual product imo and in all honesty, much as I would like to say Caty was unaffected by the growing malaise unfortunately I am not able so to do.
Initially the move to back to the spiritual home of Babestation promised much. Alas the flame that once burned the brightest of them all was to my eye be one that would slowly be swallowed up by the dark clouds of nightshow doom.
That will forever represent a partial break of my nightshow heart. I regret that but at the same time the very best memories of Caty Cole are amongst the best nightshow memories on any channel at any time.
She brought us some magical 2-4-1 entertainment with numerous babes. I particularly remember her screen time with Alice Goodwin .
Caty in her pomp was the all action sexual dynamo on every set. The mesmerising mover, the hand thong head spinner, the Queen of Quiver guaranteed to deliver.
No surprise that she became a two time winner of Ultimate Babe back in time. She deserved it for some electrifying shows I will remember fondly till my dying day.
This is how I choose to remember Caty Cole.
The best of her I will deem as all of her.
The rest I will deem as the honourable baton passing to a new generation of babes not all of whom have got close to following the very best of examples that she set in her pomp.
Some have shown themselves capable of matching that level, some in a similar way, some not.
However the inspiration was given and interpreted I will always believe that it was Caty Cole who was one of the the first to show others the way along with the newly crowned Ultimate Babe Dannii Harwood.
I only wish that the Caty Cole of yesteryear could have joined forces with Dannii Harwood in a full throttle 2-4-1 on Babestation at Dutch Licence strength when the opportunity was there.
Alas that opportunity will forever remain a dream.

So to Caty I say thank you for the memories, for the inspiration and the never ending charm.
I wish you all the very best for all that your future holds and will look back with fondness at so many wonderful moments from times gone by.

I agree Caty's best days were on Elite and it's previous incarnation bangbabes, sadly the standards of that channel are long gone. I would have loved to have seen girls like Beth, Maddie and Amelia on bangbabes.

Caty was never on Bangbabes although i wish she was, when Caty won the Ultimate babe of the year award in 2009 and 2010 she was on Elite/S66, in 2010 she defeated a former Bangbabe in the final guess who that was

Anyway, although i haven't really been a fan of Caty for the last couple of years she is still a legend

IIRC she was studying geology at uni, well she certainly made the earth move a few times.
I have some particularly fond memories of her getting her hands on Paige, back in 2009

Wasn't she supposed to have taken a break from nights while she was 'at uni'? Never seemed to happen, which is why I take these sort of announcements with a pinch of salt.
