It is a bit of an odd OSG. I wouldn't have said you could assume certain accents are necessarily automatically sexy / filthy.
For what it's worth, I think Caty has actually got a nice soft accent : it's by no means stereotypical Rab C Nesbitt territory. And all the better for it.
Sometimes a well-spoken accent saying absolute filth can be more of a turn on than a so-called/perceived "rough" / "regional" accent, imo.
I use the terms in inverted commas deliberately as I'm not saying Scotland is a region : let's not go there.
