Not many have gone nude, other than Yasmine and Becky Roberts, but to me, it's pointless unless they go nude, as it's more suspenseful to use a mirror set when naked.
Well, nude in the mirror alley with Yasmine only happened with call requests and a cameraman available working with her closely the whole time. Caty's almost always solo and manning the camera herself. So chances of one happening live with Caty seems slim to none sadly.
Though I'd like to see a naughty version Caty's usage of the mirror set for her website if she's up for it. Looks like the next few MissKink videos coming out are recycled from her Glamworship videos.
