The Watcher is correct on all points, but the main reason for the 3 min refresh on this stream is keep the time delay lag down to minimum, as to aid callers when they phone in. It also helps keep the sound in sync with the picture.

They have a new player with 3 picture settings on it now, are you watching on the HI setting or the LOW setting?
You also get a HD setting if you are a subscriber.

Yep I've got the same problem. But I think everybody has had that problem at some time or another!!!
I think it must be a problem with the player, as sometimes muting the sound and then turning the sound back on gets it to kick in.
The picture quality seems worse today and the High Def option on the player is not there.
Looks like it was before they changed it to the HIGH DEF option!
