upon hearing confirmation that final fantasy xiii will definately be out this year ( and apparently be the best one ever. (i doubt it)) i wanted to no if there are any fellow ff fans on ere and which one was ur favourite and why?
Favourites are VII & XII, just about to start playing through XII again, hopefully to completion this time. (Had to sell my PS2 the first time around
)
Least favourite was VIII, too much fiddling around rearranging the party what felt like every five minutes
personally for me its 7 and 10. 7 just for the simpple fact that it truly had everything story gameplay extras and hours and hours of fun especially chocobo breading. and 10 for the fact that it seemed that once ff hit the ps2 we were getting something that finally measured up to ff7 it had an amazing story line great characters and blitball was quality especially when you had the jecht shot
ive got to say vii aswell i think, i didnt mind 8 but i no wat u mean about the rearranging the party, i enjoyed ix mainly because of the story and the graphics. but xii is defiantely the best one i have played for a while.

The cinematics are always top notch on the Final Fantasy games. I remember being surprised at how much they were able to get out of the PS1 with VIII and IX. It'll be interesting to see where they're able to go with the new generation of consoles. All I have to do now is find the money to buy a 360 or PS3, that should be an easy job in the current economic climate

Best is VII for me - first one I played and the charm and storyline hasn't been eclipsed yet (by any game). Just bought Crisis Core for the PSP - if its as half as good as VII I'll be happy

somebody told me about crisis core, i might have to have a go. i played a game called infinite undiscovery and that was a great game, i really enjoyed it, and apparently the last remnant is a game by the final fantasy team and they released it because they hadnt released an ff game for a while.

Na I don't think that info has been released jimbo, crisis core is quality, I have no idea how graphics like that came out of the psp, it is beautiful, and the ending is fucking brilliant, even though you know it, it is still great.

finally a fello ix fan, i loved it but everone else i speak to about it hates it!
i think its good that they have kept the story secret this time round, makes it more exciting, the trailer doesnt give too much away either which is excellent, because it still looks good.
ur missin out hazard, the best games ever, but if u play em, say goodbye to everyone u no cos u will be hooked.
