I wrote here because is a generic problem and only on your site (on the free and on the pay show), so I've thought to ask here if someone other had the same problem.
It's very simple if I try to watch the show with the Ipad, I've the image and the play icon, since sunday night if when I click on it the stream starts immediately from sunday nothing happens, I've only a frozen image.
That's all.
PS: Anyway it's not a big problem, this week I'll try again with the iPad and if the stream doesn't works again, I'll wait or I'll try to find another solution, simple
hi just wondered if someone could help,i subscribed to your trial membership and having done this by mobile i have just recieved a text claiming i had requested same service again which i hadnt,it said my request had been turned down due to insufficient credit.i am just concerned that if i top up the phone more money will be taken from me for a service ive tried but do not wish to be forced to purchase again,i would not have purchased the service if i had known it would automatically charge me without consent,i have just visited the website which states this is not repeat service could someone please clarify what i should do next.

Not solved,with the Ipad the stream quality is very poor.
Always the same problem using Ipad, the video quality isn't HD but very poor.

Please check it, is more than a week that it happens and with this quality the show is unwatchable.

In Order To Watch In Hd You Must Select The HD Option In The Drop Down Menu At The Bottom Of The Stream
