I paid to watch this show and haven't been able to see the last fucking hour and a half.

Its okay i PM'd them earlier and i did last night as they had same problem and they sorted it for us. Thanks Tech team

How long did it take to sort out? Because it's been on for over 2 hours and it's still the same, and why wasn't it fixed in the first place before the show started if they knew about the problem?
