I have respect, now it's time for these women to have COMMON SENSE!
If you don't want people to possibly think you might escort or might be single and naughty, then don't let the cameraman hump your ass, and don't grind your ass against him! Also, getting nude on a babe channel isn't exactly going to do a woman any favors if she expects to be looked at as classy, or expects to not have people ask these types of questions.
If I was a first time viewer and saw Clare, I'd think "Oh, she must be single", because why else would she grind the cameraman so much, and why would he hump her if he knows she's in a relationship. Might be cheeky fun, but multiple times might make it look like she's easy to many people.
Being surprised that some people might wonder if she escorts, when she's a stripper on TV, shows her naivety.
Yes, she IS a stripper!!! She is a model too, but she is a STRIPPER as well. She takes her clothes off on live TV for complete strangers, and lets them talk in a very explicit way to her on the phone, and she talks like this as well. Online, she opens her legs while nude.

I think the problem is caused by the standard Adultwork profile page. If you look at the bottom of her profile it has standard boilerplate about "you are paying for the escorts time any thing else that happens etc, etc". Probably why she has been asked whether she is a prostitute or not. Assume its possible to change the template????
It is the problem with Adultwork, it started life only doing Escorts and has morphed into a webcam site so people who use it still think all the girls are on the game

Yet you're the only one I've come across on this forum who's actually expressed this type of view of Clare
I've not even seen this multiple grinding (and does she even really grind crotches, I've seen her grind the actual camera). And so what if she did, many a girl has done that me in a club or social event, in a relationship or not. Do I immediately think of how much she charges an hour? No. Or do I look at it & take it as cheeky fun as it is.

I don't immediately think someone is an escort either, but seeing babe channel women grind the cameraman's crotch makes me wonder if they are more of the wild type. How many women currently do that on the night shows? Not many I've seen lately. I find it odd that Clare is surprised by people asking her about escorting, since many of the babe channel women have escorted before, as well as models who don't strip, and since she seems to be one of the naughtiest one of the bunch. That to ME, and I would guess many others (Including those who've asked her about escorting) gives off a single vibe as well.

I have no comment on this amalgamated stripper/model role, as I see them as two separate roles rather than the same thing.
My take on normal, in this instance, is a 'majority' or common view. When you said 'many people' had a view that Clare was portraying herself as 'easier' just because she dances around on camera, wasn't that suggesting some kind of common view? Even though only you seem to suggest it rather than others enquiring because of the nature of AdultWork?
I just take her sexy dancing & moving as purely a part of her fun personality more than anything else further. I do not classify Clare as anything but a unique nightshow performer of outstanding quality who has been ahead of her time. She has been producing shows of real intimacy, eroticism, raw sexual tension, fluid, rhythmical body movement and engaging character all at the same time.
She has done it with a smile. It is not to be taken too seriously or literally in my opinion. If everything in life was taken completely literally all the time we would all be making all manner of radical assumptions about human nature and all its tendencies. Clare has never once given me the impression that she is doing anything other than enjoying having fun on screen. She can make viewers smile, laugh, get turned on and get them to ring in to express their pleasure at what she is doing and the way she is doing it.

but to be honest I am not going to read too much into them either. I feel confident she would be happy knowing that she has given me and many others viewing pleasure beyond what I thought possible and done it with panache, grace, confidence and most of all with a sense of fun.
Her personal and professional lives are two different entities and its really quite a great thing if she and her fella understand that they are just that. There are situations, responsibilities and feelings to be taken seriously and others not so seriously. It is the ability to understand that and not read too much into things all the time that keeps things ticking over nicely. She has been a breath of fresh air for the nightshows and webcam or no webcam I am really going to miss her TV work.
How she perceives herself or how she is perceived by anyone else is not really of any concern to me. I just appreciate the pleasure she has given and will leave it at that.
