When i've spoken to girls on red light the first thing they do is casual chat, i.e what are you up to, what do you look like etc. This doesnt last more than 2-3 minutes and is a way of the girls developing some sort of rapport with the caller.
The girls will be happy to chat casually like this until you shift the conversation to something else. I usually shift the focus onto what she's wearing and how much I like it and how it turns me on etc.
After this she is likely to go along with it and say something like "so you like girls in PVC then?". And then describe her outfit in detail along with how it fits her body. You know, in that sexy teasing way that I can't emulate via text!
A few weeks ago lucy zara did this while talking about how much she likes giving and receiving. Morgan got straight to it when I called, she asked "what do you think of my dress babe? Do you like busty blondes in tight fitting dresses?" I told her how much fun I was having watching her.
I couldn't really expect much more from a daytime show that clearly states it's non adult.
With all that said, I agree that £1.53 is not worth it.
I started calling the shows around 18 months ago all the stations varied but generally you could indulge in some strong innuendo and tease, or maybe I'd talk about their model shoots etc talking about nudity or open leg etc (which is obviously a great fantasy!) usually the girls asked you if you were 'working out' or 'pumping that muscle' etc, the girls I used to call all had a passion for cream and were happy to hear it come out (half discreetly lol) if the conversation went that way !
Like you though I probably spent 90% of the conversation having a normal chat plus a bit flirting as to me thats more respectful and normal...but the option was there on most for a little bit more ....
Each to his own and we're all turned on by different levels, but that all round package justified paying £1.50 a minute to me, there are some lovely girls on the channels who are great fun to just talk to but I can't really justify that expense anymore for purely a chat....50p yes but not £1.53.

If you check the posts in this thread, mainly from myself but a few others too, there are some very detailed accounts of the types of calls that were available around 2009/2010 on the dayshows, particularly The Pad.

To be honest, full on innuendo doesn't really do it for me, find it a little cheesy. Outfit talk and other subtleties work best for me. Just fact that they know I'm beating it on the other side is enough!
Consider this. Before babeshows existed - as they do today - a guy would probably never get the chance in his whole lifetime to actually talk the glam model he fantasises about. Now, though it's not cheap, we can!
I bet people would've paid £5 per minute to chat to pamela anderson when she was at the height of her career. The same way teenage girls and middle aged women would pay out their noses to talk with a member of Take That if given the chance.

Thats encouraging to hear, I was having a good natter with a certain lovely lady the other day, but as soon as the conversation moved on to web cams or half naughty shoots the producer was saying we can't say that etc .....don't get me wrong I enjoyed the normal chat ...but I come off the phone after 30 mins odd at £1.53 and thought what a waste of money why did I call .....because I'm a weak single guy I suppose.... but I'm hardening up because however nice the girl is its really just a rip off at that rate with these restrictions.
I called Holly McGuire on RLC yesterday and she was quite accommodating. Not on the ridiculously hot levels of Ruby Summers, but when she stopped plugging her website and cam shows, she was quite dirty and fun.
No-one else still hunting for DTW's? I know the choice is slim now but there are still options.
I've called Levi a couple of times lately and she's very good for a DTW, plenty of innuendo and teasing. Ruby Summers is still second to none at the moment though I called her the other day and was in the middle of a good call when she purposefully cut me off so she could go back to talking to her previous caller who she must've noticed was waiting to get through.
The day shows still look poor IMHO; too much clothing on the ladies with very little movement (let alone sexy movement) from them.
I've given up Sky so can only access the shows online. I'm not joining Red Light on top of the call cost (plus the ladies you mention aren't my cup of tea). Chat Girl has some potential but at least I've saved a shitload of dosh recently. But I would rather spazz it on a rocking day show.
