My understanding (having not read the comics), is that Daryl isn't in the comics, hence my guess that it was him that dies. Was hard to tell cause of the jacket, but was Daryl injured from the gunshot?
I have to admit, I do like Negan, took a while for him to show, but seems like a decent character
Jeffrey dean morgan looks a lot thinner than he was on supernatural but still a great actor. he is going awesome has negan.
daryl got shot at the end of the previous episode. if it is daryl there will be a lot viewers complaining.
There is of course the obligatory fodder, the bloke, I think he was the womans son. They might not know.

I'm sure Aaron stayed behind at Alexandria with Father Gabriel and Jesus & company. I'm assuming the mid-way point of season 7 will feature the introduction of Ezekiel and The Kingdom. THAT should be interesting. Especially his feisty feline
