This is an interesting video I found called Freddie back to life and it still it still astonishs me to this day how it was done. Also the Full Concert of Wembley Saturday 12th July 1986, the official release.

BBC Four will be airing Queen - Days Of Our Lives documentry parts 1 and 2 aswell as the legendary 1975 Christmas Eve concert from Hammersmith tonight, not to be missed. The programmes kick off at 9PM.

Last nights 2 docs were excellent
Watched it all last night, forgotten just how good they were,Freddie was one of the Greats of Pop,the vids of his last recordings were so sad, hadn't seen the 1975 gig can't say i liked it.

Much better viewing than the Babe channels.

Today mark's the 20th anniversary since the Freddie Mercury Tribute Concert was held at Wembley's famous Stadium, so how appropriate it is to post the event which at the time was the biggest event since Live Aid in 1985.

Extreme famous Queen medley in the first half.

The second half with the exception of Innuendo which never made the official release at Robert Plant's request but I have posted it at the bottom.

Currently this is being shown thoughout Cinemas worldwide, but just to let you know this concert will be released on DVD/BLU Ray on the 5th November 2012.

This is the last ever Queen show to be filmed from the Magic Tour, shot on the 27th July 1986. Although the very last show was Knebworth on the 9th August 1986 - whether that concert was ever professionaly filmed will remain debatable.

I love this band and own the Greatest Hits compilation album (I, II & III) and also have their Live at Wembley cassette. My favourite song is The Show Must Go On, as it is truly inspirational, such as when life gets you down or you feel like giving something up.
It was on this day that we lost one of rock greatest performers and singers...gone, but never forgotten.....
I'm intrigued by the recent compilation, digging up some more "rare" tracks.
