mica came of the bench and done well last night i wouldn't mind seeing her in the first team she's a real team player

And on the Subs bench tonight is Sophie Hart & Alice Goodwin....if they get cold i'll nip to MK to warm them up

Doubt Alice or sophie will get much of a look in tonight , probably just half time entertainment

i'll take my chances on babestation blue and babestation xtra (knowing my luck itll be 2.5 hours+ of non stop lori)

Lori will probably turn up on BS1 at 11ish.
She will then either be on continuously till about 1am or alternatively come off BS1 at 11.30pm and be back on there at midnight for between 90 mins and 2 hours. She will then be off screen for a bit before an appearance on Xtra before another break and finish off on BS1 again.
That is the usual formula anyway .

Youre surely not suggesting that all Lori's nightshows are basically the same.
,though in fairness the evidence is there,take tonight for example she will be on just after 11pm on BS1,first she will promote bsx then phone line will open after 2 minute countdown,followed closely by lots more self promoting and then its quickfire round time,half hour break then back after midnight more jumping around,another quickfire round then possibly a fake climax/excited thigh line,normal line for ten minutes and fifteen minute break only to return on Blue or Xtra usually right in middle of another babes best stint of the nightand some say the shows have no variety anymore,personally i cant see what they are on about.
