Some of these babeshows rep's could do with sending on 'Customer Service' training courses...

If a customer complains that means that they have already lost that customer. They aren't going to phone the show again. Positive action is then needed to keep that customer.
An written apology is the first steps, followed by the reinbursing of credits.
But what is wrong with the channels gettting one of their babes to ring the customer to give a personal apology.
A positive react from a show to a complaint is likely to mean a 'loyal client' in future.

This problem will persist until more people are made aware that others are having or have had similar issues & complain on here or directly to RLC.The complainants aren't damaging your business,RLC are by not providing a honest service.

Asked it before but once again not expecting a response from 'Red Light Central'. Sure they'll 'sort' out it with a refund or whatever afterwards, as they know only a tiny minority will or can complain. Maybe if this was costing them missing call revenue rather than still earning they'd finally nip the problem in the bud. Only channel this is still happening & undermines them for me.

Hello, I would urge anyone that had problems to e-mail RLC as shown in the above link. That is what I did was more than adequately recompensed for my troubles. Thanks to the channel and the lovely model concerned.

No sh*t Sherlock! It must surely only be a coincedence then that she manages to clock up more minutes than anyone else (....yet so often 'appears' to be off the phone.)
They got some top talent, but it is a shame that either the producers aren't doing there jobs properley or the 'new girls' particularly on the night show don't know how to use the phones.
I called a couple times and soon as my turn comes i end up waiting in complete silence with girls not answering the phones? producers must know there are calls in the system. Sorry to rant, i'm sure i'm not the only one who has had this problem seems like an easy way to make money. I for one am not wasting my time and money on this particular channel again!
Thanks for that, very informative. Surely if people are experiencing these problems, the channels should rectify them as without the punters they don't make money!
Theres no technical issue here. The girls mute the phone from the handset and dont take calls!

The problems I have experienced always tend to be on the PB channel telephone number.
I often just hear silence or callers saying "Hello" over and over again trying to speak to the on screen babe and I sometimes encounter the same problem when wanting to speak to the on screen babe. Its all somewhat strange and disconserting. I try on the other RLC channel numbers and hardly ever have a problem so I am left to assume there might be a technical glitch on the PB telephone number Huh. Its frustrating Sad.
