I have had the exact same experience but only with the girl you mention, never had a problem with other calls to other girls on RLC on both days and nights.

I had exactly the same problem ... never able to speak to the girl (Dannii Harwood the day before and Jennifer yesterday). I had only take 100 credits to see how it works and I've lost all of them without talking even a few second to a girl !

I had exactly the same problem. I tried with 100 credits to see how it works and if it was easy to speak to the the girl I wanted (Dannii Harwood and Jennifer Jade)
I spend all my credit (in fact i'Ve got 10 credits but it's not enough to do anything...) and I haven't even spoke one second to a girl. It's a pitty but I won't try again ... It's also a pitty for them cause I won't spend more money for this service !
No real surprise to hear this. Here's a thread for you to read, andi_james:

Yeah, looks like the "avoid Red Light" conclusion I'd originally settled on is well supported then Smile
when i use to call certon call on Rlc it happend to me it was slient may be cos the girl didnt know she had a call come from or if the girl did and didnt answer thats bad.

I called Emma Spellar yesterday on bluebird i was connected and Emma just waving the phone i shouted down the phone but she never answered RLC AND BLUEBIRD need to get these sorted it may be the babe not answering calls
if you had a genuine problem email info@redlightcentral.tv with date time of call and your phone number ....

Which I have done. Pathetically defensive response promptly received, presumably from you. I also cringe at your use of "genuine problem" - implying that the issue is imaginary doesn't really give me much faith in your integrity.

Really bizarre aspect is that the emailed response is annoyed I put my feedback on these forums, over a fortnight after I originally tried getting in touch with VOIPay/Red Light (with full call details supplied) and was ignored. As I said, companies typically encourage interaction between their customers. Something to hide? The extensive list of problems noted elsewhere on the forum is rather telling.
Thread with my complaint seems to have been deleted - odd. Surely it could have just been moved in here?

Similar to many in this thread, I find Red Light's call waiting practices very flaky. Twice in the last fortnight I've called, waited through other callers, then got the "we're putting you through now" message. One the first occasion, I hung up after a long spell of silence, assuming a technical glitch. On the second, I noticed the same happening to the caller before me, waited through his call, then the same happened to me. After 1-2 minutes, Dannii Harwood (same girl first time round) started talking. During the silence, she had waggled the phone around in the typical "call me/line free" pose we all recognize, even though I was waiting on hold. Mood suitably ruined, I hung up shortly after greetings were swapped.

On the first occasional, I used the VOIPay contact us portal to report the problem, with no reply in over a fortnight. I originally noted concerns on here this morning, and was forwarded to this thread, where I noted the email address for RedLight. After a reply that could best be described as shirty to both the email and the web post, I have subsequently been told that my account will be credited. Progress, but a lot of jumping through hoops and a really distasteful tone to the original communications. Still that unimpressed with Red Light that I doubt I'll call again.

"Phil" commented in his email that he was annoyed that I'd posted details on this forum; surely swapping experiences is the essence of why this place exists. It's totally meaningless if only the good are allowed.
Looks like my post was deleted too, oh well, I get the point. Wont bother to post regarding that phone issue again.

Couldn't agree more with your last point, and the annoyance of "Phil" tells me (as if it wasn't already abundantly clear) that they are fully aware of the "problem" and are angry that they've been pulled up on it again.
